terms and conditions

General

These conditions shall apply to Medical Image and Understanding Analysis Conference (MIUA) 2018.

Bookings

All bookings must be submitted on the Conference booking form via Medical Image and Understanding Analysis Conference (MIUA) 2018.

Payment

Preferred method of payment is via University of Southampton online payment store. If an invoice is requested, an administration fee of £5 will be charged. All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the Conference.

Cancellations

The local organising committee, based at The University of Southampton, reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference, in which case, fees will be refunded in full. In the event of cancellation, the local organising committee or The University of Southampton will not be held liable for delegates' travel or accommodation costs.

If a booking is cancelled, the local organising committee shall have the right to impose a cancellation charge which shall be calculated as a percentage of the revenue as detailed below:

• If cancelled from 13th April 2018 – 12th June 2018, charge will be 50%
• If cancelled after 12th June 2018, charge will be 100%
